Facility Rental Request

This form is intended for Departments, Ministries, and Churches who would like to request to use Camp Pugwash campgrounds and facilities. Please fill out this form and it will automatically be submitted to the Administrative Committee for approval.


Please note that you will have to provide a designated person to be responsible for the event and who will check-in and out with the Camp Ranger. You will also need to provide a cook and accommodation coordinator for the event who will be required to work with our office for spaces/sites available.
