Seasonal Renewal Information
Between March 1-30, we will be processing Seasonal Renewals. Those who were seasonal campers last season (May 15 - October 15, 2022) have been sent a renewal packet via email. If you are a seasonal camper and require a paper copy, please request one by either sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or call our office.
The deadline to renew is March 30, your seasonal site cannot be guaranteed after this date.

Please also note that during this time (Seasonal Renewal), we will prioritize email responses to those wishing to
renew their seasonal site. All other inquires may be put on a
waiting list and will be responded to as time permits in sequential order. All other reservations, including year-to-year reoccurring Camp Meeting registrations will be taken in the near future. It is our desire and aim to open up all other reservations as soon as possible.
We thank you for your patience as we are transitioning to a new system of organization and putting packets together to best serve you.
Camp Meeting Reservations
Year-to-year reoccurring Camp Meeting reservations are not open at this time. We expect to open these renewals very soon. If you have a reoccurring Camp Meeting site, please ensure we have your correct email by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once this segment is open, we will be emailing you renewal packets.
